A First Class location in a quite residential area in Corralejo near "Baku Water Park". A 10 min walk to the wonderful beaches of Parque Natural and the same to the Main street in Corralejo. There are also shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets across the road from the complex.
The house is ideally placed within the complex, with uninterrupted views of the pools and sunshine all day on the terraces. The roof terrace boasts excellent views of the mountains and also views towards Lanzarote and the Island of Lobos.
The house has a beautiful first floor terrace with Patio Suite to relax after a days' sunbathing at the pools or down at the BEACH
Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms, accommodating a King size room, a double room and 2 single beds in third room. All rooms have large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
The house comprises a fully fitted American styled maple kitchen with work surfaces a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, microwave and a large fridge freezer.
The lounge has modern Leather and glass furnishings, ceiling fan, Satellite T.V with many english speaking channels, DVD player with a small library of DVD’s and Books.
The Bathrooms are fully tiled, including Bath, Showers, WC and WHB. Bidet and Washing Machine also in ground floor bathroom.
