This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated in a romantic Arabian styled complex, within walking distance of all amenities.

To Secure a booking, guests will be required to complete the Form of Contract and provide copies of Passports for all members of their Party. The Maximum number of persons in any party is 6 (or 7 if including a child under aged One years).

A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required upon booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday, together with a refundable Security/ Breakage Deposit of €250.00. Full Details are outlined in the Form of Contract, which also includes details of Terms and Conditions.

The Changeover day is flexible, whenever possible. On the arrival date the house will be available for guests from 14:00 hrs. On day of departure the house must be vacated by 10:00 hrs to facilitate cleaning unless alternative arrangements have agreed with owners in advance.
